Project Planner/Scheduler
Job Location: Tulsa, OK

* Maintain and distribute Project Schedules for
multi-million dollar projects in hydrocarbon and
Chemical Processing Industries.
* Work with project managers and management to
identify potential problems with schedules.
* Determine current resource loading for all
disciplines and make recommendations to management
on alternative resources.
* On large projects, monitor project progress,
updating and revising schedules as necessary.
* Develop preliminary schedules for quotes.
* Assist Project Management Director with monitoring
and reporting on time performance for key milestones
of drafting and engineering disciplines.
* Attend and participate in weekly production
meetings.
* Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan
and accomplish goals.
* Work under minimal supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work
with/for others in a multi-project environment is
required.
* Experience with Visibility.
* Strong proficiency with MS Project.
* Strong proficiency with MS Office products: Power
Point, Word, Excel, Visio is preferred.
* Associates degree is required.
* Bachelors degree; Business or equivalent is
preferred.
