I&E Technician
Job Location: Odessa, TX

Perform reliable instrument maintenance and repair
(self-planned and scheduled). Suggest and develop PM and
repair optimization ideas. Maintain shop documentation.
Perform Instrument Mecahnical Integrity testing and
documentation. Perform Instrument turnaround maintenance
activities (ID potential scope items, enter t/a work
orders, lead work crews for scope as assigned, and
perform instrument scope work). Project assignments
based on plant manpower needs and projects being
implemented. Identify training needs and take a lead
role in obtaining training approved on PDS plan
developed with Instrument Reliability Coordinator.
Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis on reactive
instrument failures. Perform incidental maintenace
activities through the self planning process. Remain
current with Reliability Center work order request
backlog.
Required
2+ years mechanical skills working in an industrial
environment.
A.A.S. in Electronics or Instrumentation or Certificate
of completion from an instrument vocational school or 7+
years mechanical skills working in an industrial
environment.
Climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling
Prefer
7+ years of plant I&E experience.
A.A.S. in Electronics or Instrumentation
