This role is a Demurrage Analyst in our trading
organization which handles physical movements and paper
trading across the globe. The analyst will become a
member of the team that manages demurrage associated
with KS&T’s domestic barge transactions. The
responsibility of the role consists of processing and
managing all aspects of demurrage payables and
receivables. Additionally, the person will be expected
to develop and implement ideas to minimize demurrage
exposure. Lastly, the person will be expected to
identify efficiency improvement opportunities in the
daily work process, and work with customers to capture
the efficiency opportunities.

commercial contracts and then apply those terms to the
facts around KS&T's Physical Transactions.

improvements
Previous Demurrage Experience
Bachelors Degree
