Koch Business Solutions, LP, is on a quest to find the
best possible developer talent to fill our current
HRIT opening for an Application Developer Analyst. If
you would like to work for a company that assists in
providing resources essential to every daily life around

The Applications Developer Analyst will manage
the complete HR system life cycle including requirements
through post-production support. This individual will
manage projects by preparing project specifications,
design, code, test, train, deploy and support
enhancements to existing and/or new HR applications. The
Applications Developer Analyst is responsible
for client support, including problem resolution,
reporting, policy and procedure support; coordinate with
all HR functions to ensure system and HR actions meet
compliance needs.
* 3+ years configuring, developing and supporting
applications systems.
* Excellent innovative analytical and diagnostic
skills.
* Database design and development experience using
SQL.
* Skills in examining and re-engineering operations
and procedures.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
technical field.
Preferred:
* Excellent customer support skills as well as very
good written and oral communication skills.
* 2+ years experience as a HR analyst collaborating
with customers on application requirements and
functional specifications.
* PeopleSoft (PeopleCode, Application Engine,
Component Interface) and Crystal Reports experience
strongly preferred.
* Payroll, Benefits and Time & Labor functional
knowledge desirable.
* Thorough knowledge of human resources functions and
processes, system setup, interdependencies and data
flow to track down problems.
* Knowledge and understanding of human resources
administration.
