Position Summary:
Koch Business Solutions, LP Human Resources Solutions provides automated payroll, benefits and relocation services to the companies of Koch Industries, Inc. Our motivated, dependable and specialized professionals offer consultation and creative solutions for the changing needs of a diverse customer base. Requirements:
Work Experience/Skills REQUIRED
• At least two years working in pension administration, including actuarial adjustment factors, QDRO divisions, benefits coordinated with Social Security, and executive retirement
• Understanding of required communications with employees under ERISA, DOL, PBGC and other regulatory bodies
• Proficiency using MS Excel, Access
• Strong customer service background
• Very strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze high volumes of data and plan provisions
Work Experience/Skills PREFERRED:
• Experience performing actuarial analysis (factors, liabilities, etc)
• Experience managing multiple systems and vendors
• Experience consulting around defined contribution plans
Education REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
