• Typically 7-10+ yrs. business experience and  management experience including a combination of managed care marketing or account management, product marketing, pharmaceutical sales, and agency account management
• Demonstrated progressive professional growth
• Broad base business experience
• Able to manage existing business while cultivating new business opportunities
• Working understanding of specialty markets

• Knowledge of managed markets, Medicare and commercial payers

• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy distributors

• Extensive knowledge of the ?business-side? of medical practices    

• Broad base knowledge and experience among clients
• Able to nurture and grow strong relationships, internally and externally
• Leadership skills - cross functional/cross company
• Effectively and efficiently anticipates and manages adversity
• Excellent communication skills
• Financial skills include:  P&L responsibility, forecasting development, successful history of F/C attainment and budget control

• Strong managed care and pharmaceutical reimbursement acumen

• General knowledge of the business aspects of healthcare
