"Director of Program Management, Global Marketing and Sales"

The Director of Program Management, Global Marketing and Sales oversees the building of infrastructure, foundation and services required for to meet strategic growth targets. A primary focus of this role is involves facilitating communication between regional operations teams to implement an adaptive portfolio based service offering, ensure the adoption of operational best practices; and enable a scalable, world-class infrastructure. The right candidate for this position will have the aptitude to align marketing, sales and operations goals across global, regional and local groups, as well as be able to establish standards to optimize investment and scalability.  The Director will govern the teams operations, including staffing, planning, and budgeting activities as well as support the deployment of programs through development of training materials. The main responsibilities of this position include program management, reporting, communications, people management, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors and/or MBA, 10 years of industry experience in a sales or marketing capacity, as well as manager or director level experience within a program management capacity.
