Mid-level associate. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in advising on M&A transactions .

Candidate should be a New York qualified attorney with a top class academic record. You will be working on high profile, complex securities and M&A transactions. Candidates should be highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast pased Corporate environment.
