Currently, we are in search of an Account Director-Surgical to serve as an agency catalyst for implementing and achieving client tactical marketing plans and provide strategic leadership that will lead to continued brand growth. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Serve as primary liaison between Agency and Client brand teams.
• Create strategic plans and oversee tactical development against client objectives.
• Assist in developing the careers of the junior account team.

• Minimum 7+ years prior work experience preferably in a communications related field, advertising and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Must possess a strong strategic mindset, and excellent verbal, written, interpersonal problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Must have experience with or interest in working with technical/scientific information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Up to 30% overnight travel.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office.
