"Brand Director, Specialty Foods"

Our client is a manufacturer and marketer of specialty foods, which are sold within the traditional Food and Club channels.  The U.S. Company is part of an international, multi-billion dollar international organization.  The Company has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is focused on growth to a world-class marketing organization.  They are located 45 minutes outside of Philadelphia.

We are recruiting for a Brand Director.  The scope of this positions will include the essential classical marketing skills of consumer insight, equity development, company structure culture development, and channel and category management development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years experience in FMCG marketing; experience with blue-chip training companies and/or food preferred
• Demonstrable strategic thinking and brand development capabilities
• Successful leadership of brand communications programs and agencies
• Track record of successful development and launch of multiple innovations to market
• Exceptional team leadership and talent development capabilities
