"Associate Director, Market Research"

Market Research supplier with a focus on online research needs a strong Associate Director or Director level market research professional.

• Delivery of professional market research services, specifically for strategic full service accounts.
• Lead a team of analysts in assisting clients in: methodology selection, survey design and related consultation; summarizing, analysis and interpretation of research results; and, the communication of findings via timely and high quality narrative reports and oral presentations.
• Will interact with clients on a regular basis to ensure that all their research needs and requirements are met, overseeing all related services provided by one?s team and from other internal and external sources.

• 7+ years of market research experience (both client and supplier side preferred) with 2+ years of experience in the online research area, and at least 1 year of project or staff management experience.
• In-depth understanding of qualitative and all forms of advanced quantitative research methodologies and techniques; with extensive survey design, data analysis, and report writing experience
• Strong communication skills; a good presenter
• Good leadership qualities; a planner; highly organized
• Proven problem solving skills; works smart
• Up-to-date and proficient in popular business software and web-based applications; advanced knowledge and usage of the internet, Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; knowledge of SAS or SPSS preferred
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology or related discipline is required; advanced degree is required
