Provides direct occupational therapy services under physician referral and in accordance with the PA State Practice Act. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors, Masters or Certificate in Occupational Therapy. Pennsylvania license issued by state Licensure Board and Certification issued by National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy.
