POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) assists the professional nursing staff by performing routine and delegated procedures under direct supervision.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of a Nurse Assistant Program.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three years experience at Mt. Carmel with two of those years as a PCT for internal transfers. Minimum of three years PCT experience for external applicants.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
CNA required.
