Twenty-four hour responsibility for respiratory care services provided to patients in all clinical areas including supervision of personnel. Responsible for Sleep Program and EEG services. Also responsible for coordinating patient care services with other departments.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from a school of allied health with Bachelors in respiratory therapy or related. Masters preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Four (4) years as an RRT. Management experience preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
Licensed by the State of Kansas as a registered respiratory therapy (RRT).
Board of Nursing. ACLS , NRP and PALS.
