Vacancy Description:
Provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychological, physical and general aspect of care; utilizes the nursing process in planning care; meets the communication and education needs of patient and family; provides care that reflect initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Maintains regulatory agency requirements; nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards. Communicated with physicians and other team members about changes in patient’s condition. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Is responsible for supervising and monitoring activities of licensed practical nurses, technicians, and other support staff.
Job Requirements:
*Current Arkansas RN License
*Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
*Certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation; certification in ACLS is preferred.
Able to work in afast paced environment
Customer service focused
Team Oriented
Hospital experience preferred
