Planner/Scheduler Construction
Job Location: Cincinnati/Belpre, OH
Shift:
Contract to Direct
Primary Job Responsibilities
Uses knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards to perform work of moderate scope and complexity referring to policies for guidance. Works under general supervision; work is reviewed for adequacy and accuracy. Provides administrative and supervisory activities for multiple maintenance construction specialties. Develops detailed schedules and work plans: Facilitates agreement with multiple departments on milestone dates: Provides technical direction on projects, formulating and developing advance scheduling and planning concepts: Develops, maintains, and analyzes critical path plans and related schedules: Monitors job progress in relation to schedules: Coordinates with material expediters concerning critical items of supply: Participates in expenditure forecasts: Performs schedule analysis.
Training and Experience
2-5 years of experience required with BS, 5-10 years of experience required with high school diploma
