IT ANALYST/Administrator ERP
Job Location: Wilmington, OH
Shift:
Contract to Direct
Description of Major Technical Job Responsibilities:
1. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems in relation to user needs.
2. Formulate business systems to parallel overall business requirements and strategies.
3. Provide senior level programming and technical support as required.
Description of Supervisory Responsibilities:
1. Direct work of others through project management methods and mentoring. Develop on-going training activities for direct reports using in-house and outside training resources.
2. Reviews and approve monthly associate performance targets and performance appraisals.
3. Recommend to IS Manager hardware and/or software solutions required to meet business needs.
Description of Decision-Making and Approval Authorities:
1. Alter associate work hours and assignments as required to meet business needs and project target dates.
2. Determine business processing requirements to meet business objectives.
3. Determine appropriate course of action during business disruptions caused by system or human problems. Excellent skills in ERP systems, JDE is a plus. EDI systems and Crystal Reports is a plus. Strong ERP knowledge and skills - work experience must include implementation and support. Direct installation, upgrades and maintenance to all business systems. Automotive Background preferred AS/400 Background preferred Strong Communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal. Ability to manage a variety of tasks, projects and conflicts. Identify weakness and opportunities to improve process.
Associates Degree with 6 years experience of BS
