Compression Mold Setup Technician
Job Location: Northern Kentucky
Job Type: Contract to direct
Job Description:
A Northern Kentucky plastic and rubber manufacturer currently has openings for Compression mold setup technicians on all shifts. In this role candidates will oversee machine start up and machine adjustments, troubleshooting, mold changes, and material processing (rubber materials, sheet molding, and bulk molding).
Qualified candidates must have at least 2-4 yrs in compression molding and rubber processing experience. Company is looking for individuals that have experience with frequent mold changes, machine startup, troubleshooting, excellent communication and written skills, good math aptitude, strong mechanical ability, good hand eye coordination, and the ability to stand on feet throughout the day. Additionally you must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work around heavy equipment.
Salary Range:
$10- $14 per hour
NOTE: Applicant must be presently authorized to work in the United States. This company does not sponsor individuals for the purpose of obtaining H-1 Visas. Unless the body of this posting specifically states otherwise, NO relocation allowance or per diem is available. CANDIDATES WITHIN A REASONABLY COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF THE ABOVE WORK SITE ARE PREFERRED.
