Job Description:
There is currently an opening for a Perl Application Engineer in South Dayton. In this role, candidates will design and develop object oriented, n-tier web applications using Perl, SQL, XSLT, XML and versioning systems.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or related field) and at least 2-3 years practical experience using C#, VB.Net, Perl and/or JAVA (that includes full development life cycle). Experience developing applications and DLLs, APIs, UNIX applications, internet (HTML, XML and Web scripting) sites is required. Candidates should have previous experience developing GUI interfaces and filters for MS Word, FrameMaker, ArborText, Interleaf, or other desktop publishing applications.
