Job Overview
Responsible for providing technical support and training on all factory/site assembly production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing technical support and training on all factory/site assembly production equipment.
- Lead Cpk Testing on Equipment
- Support Manufacturing Metrics
- Lead Machine Utilization and Downtime improvement efforts
- Support customer requests
- Support Continuous Improvements
- Support Process Optimization
- Support New Assembly Transitions
- Support Development of Product Tooling
- Support New Customer Introductions
- Support New Technology Implementation
- Support User Group Implementations
- Support Process Qualification/Validation (Equip.)
- Support process yield Improvements
- Lead daily and weekly preventive maintenance
- Lead the identification of equipment failures and resolution
- Support field engineering with equipment and process enhancements
- Lead thermal profile development
- Lead implementation of CIM/CAM programs on equipment
- Lead Debug and communication of problems with CIM/CAM programs
- Support maintenance of component libraries
- Support Cost Reduction
Qualifications
All candidates must have legal authorization to permanently live and work in the United States without visa or employer sponsorship.
- Individual typically has an Associates degree in electro-mechanical, manufacturing systems or similar field or equivalent experience.
- Individual typically has at least three to five years experience in an electro-mechanical/maintenance role.
- The employee must successfully complete all internal training courses offered by the company necessary to do the job.
