Engineer-Construction/Power/HVAC

A reputable engineering group in Northern California is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a thorough knowledge of engineering principles and experience in a broad spectrum of building types, in particular, existing buildings. Construction document and Power/HVAC experience is required. The ability to edit and/or write specifications, and an understanding of construction administration is a must. The successful candidate will have new and remodel experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, including a working knowledge of building codes, and public agencies such as DSA, OSHPD, CED and City building and planning departments. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel is also required; AutoCAD skills, a PLUS. The successful candidate must be a registered P.E. or EIT.
