Job Location: HARTFORD, CT
A Facility Manager with STRONG leadership skills in advanced technology GAS TURBINE POWER PLANTS or similar environment is needed at a site in Southern Connecticut. The position requires the candidate that have strong management characteristics that can manage the commercial management of bundled service agreements, master service agreements and/or term maintenance contracts. These high profile positions will report to the Regional Director providing the following types of information and reports, annual budgets and schedules, cost reduction programs, various biweekly and monthly information, and contract information for new and existing projects. All candidates applying for these professional positions must have Engineering or a Technical Degree. Ideal candidates will have strong power or process industry experience and will have successfully managed contracts, budgets, and people. Candidates must have experience working with 7EA turbines. It is a PLUS for candidates having demonstrated leadership in advanced technology gas turbine power plants or similar environment. Seven to ten years of previous developing and implementing project experience is strongly preferred. The salary will be negotiated and; therefore, all candidates meeting the criteria should apply. This position is for local candidates only or for candidates that are willing to move on their own to Connecticut. The client offers a very good benefits package.
