Job Location: ST PETE BEACH, FL
Florida Energy Solutions company has an immediate opening for an ENERGY ENGINEER to perform energy audit evaluations. Requires college degree, Engineering, Construction or Business and must be a Certified Energy manager or have the ability to pass the CEM test within 4 months of being hired to become a Energy Manager in Training. Seeking candidates who are Certified Lighting Efficiency Professionals and Certified Measurement & Verification Professionals or have the ability to complete all training and testing required to become a CLEP and CMVP within 6 months of being hired. Position requires the skills to conduct comprehensive investment grade water and energy audit evaluations and will provide comprehensive utility history and baseline analyses, evaluate utility consumption trends, pinpoint anomalies, and establish accurate baseline consumptions. Must have the skills to develop engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimates for energy conservation measures in all utilities and will review and check engineering drawings, design and building plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various conservation measures.
