Engineer-Mechanical/Commercial/HVAC
Job Location: JACKSON, MS
HVAC Mechanical Engineers needed in Mississippi to design mechanical systems for new buildings, renovations, and additions for all types of building structures and uses. Requires BSME and 5+ years experience with healthcare, laboratory, and commercial building HVAC systems design. Must have skills with 3-D modeling of mechanical and HVAC systems plus background with combined heat and power systems design, energy recovery systems, and alternative energy systems. The qualified candidate will have design expertise with industrial ventilation, boiler plant, chiller plant, and ice rink refrigeration systems. Position is responsible for mechanical systems operational and code analysis, piping analysis, measurement and verification, energy audits and commissioning. LEED knowledge is preferred.
