Analyst-Cost/Construction/Project Controls
Job Location: SAINT LOUIS, MO
IMMEDIATE NEED!!! Construction client is looking to hire 2 Field Cost Engineers for a Power Plant Construction Project located 30 minutes south east of St. Louis, MO. You must have experience supporting large, power plant construction projects. Our client may consider candidates with other heavy industrial (process plant, refineries, steel mills, etc...) construction project experience, but prefers power. This position will start out on a Contract basis and may turn into a direct hire job for the right candidate after 6 months or so.
REQUIREMENTS: You need 5-7+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Cost Engineering, Project Controls and/or Project Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting on any large heavy industrial (power plant, refinery, steel, metals, etc) construction project. You need some of this experience out in the field on the construction site. A Bachelor?s Degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be accepted. You need to be proficient with using MS Excel software. The ideal candidate will have experience working for an Engineering, EPC or Construction company. Any experience supporting Direct Hire, Union projects would be a big plus.
OTHER INFO: Mobilization & Demobilization expenses will be paid, 1 paid trip home a month and a weekly per diem will be given to candidates that meet the project per diem criteria.
