Analyst-Utility/Measurements/Verification
Job Location: ST PETE BEACH, FL
UTILITY ANALYST needed in Florida with background in Public Housing Authority Energy Performance Contracts to prepare quarterly and annual utility data analysis for the PHAs . Requires the skills to analyze data in electronic or paper form including water, gas and electricity consumption and costs paid by the PHA, excess utility consumption and costs billed to residents by the PHA, and resident paid allowances for utilities billed directly to residents but reimbursed by the PHA through rent credits to applicable individual units. Responsible to produce quarterly and annual savings reports for each PHA, analyze data and calculate savings, input data in Measurement and Verification spreadsheets, write savings reports, produce quarterly invoices and assist the Vice President in any special project required.
