Engineering client involved with Power Transmission Line Engineering projects is looking to hire a few Transmission Line Design Project Engineers to join their T&D project engineering group. You need 3-20+ years of specific experience involved with the engineering, design, upgrade and relocation of major medium voltage (MV), high voltage (HV) & extreme high voltage (EHV) transmission lines (not construction, but design experience). You need a BS degree in Engineering, Civil or Electrical preferred, but any Engineering degree will do. A PE license is considered a plus. You need to be proficient designing power transmission line systems using PLS-CADD (power line systems- computer aided design & drafting) or a similar (LD-PRO, TL-CADD, SAG10, etc...) software package. Our client will also consider candidates that do not have the software experience but do have the project experience and are willing to learn the software side.
