TRANSPORTATION ANALYST needed in Mid Atlantic east coast location for managing and tracking domestic and international nuclear related shipments.
Responsibilities:
-> Prepare, review, and implement transportation procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements -> Monitor and track transportation activities to ensure scope, schedule, and quality assurance requirements are met -> Coordinate supplier quality assurance audits -> Support emergency response coordination
Requirements:
-> BS Degree in Engineering or other technical field -> Minimum 5 years technical experience including knowledge of quality assurance, process management, implementing guidelines per regulatory requirements, and root cause evaluation and problem resolution -> Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communications, organizational, leadership, and presentation skills -> A PLUS to have experience in any of: nuclear quality assurance or similar regulated environment OR familiarity with DOT, NRC, IMDG and IATA regulations associated with class 7 shipments
