Energy client is looking for a Project Site Manager for a Wind Farm EPC project in California. You need 15+ years of experience in the energy industry and should have been a Project Site Manager on several Wind Power Plant EPC projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience as a Construction Site Manager on large power plant EPC projects. You should have several years of experience working for a Wind Development Company, EPC Firm, or a large Wind Turbine OEM as a Site Construction Project Manager. Responsibilities:
-> Supervise the work of construction and technical staff, consultants and subcontractors involved in the construction of a large Wind Farm
-> Manage the cost & schedule on this project
-> Work with the Start-up Manager to facilitate start-up of the project on time, on budget and in accordance with plant performance expectations
-> Provide quality assurance inspections and reporting
-> Overall P&L for this project
Requirements:
-> 15+ years of experience in the Energy industry
-> At least 10+ years of specific experience as a Construction Site Manager on large power plant EPC projects
-> Specific experience managing the construction of several Wind Power Plant EPC projects
-> Knowledge of financial and business management with a proven track record of results orientation
