International real estate client is located in San Rafael, California, and is actively looking for a Building Engineer with experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Construction industry. Candidate MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years of commercial building, construction and refrigeration experience. Candidate should be able to effectively and efficiently operate and maintain all HVAC, Electrical, Life Safety, and Plumbing systems and provide environmental control to the property. Candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous response to tenant requests, complying with company and regional policies, performing preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical equipment such as pumps, chillers, air compressors, air handling units, and gas boilers, making adjustments and changes to all HVAC equipment, performing general repairs and maintenance of building components, maintaining plant logs, ordering stock, an inventory parts, aiding in the training and development of fellow engineers, and cleaning and painting all equipment.
