Well established Engineering Firm is seeking an Electrical Designer with 3 or more years experience in the Petrochemical/Refinery Industry, for an immediate need in the Houston, TX area. Local candidates only please. Please see job 78601 for the Engineer position
Responsibilities:
-> Work with a design team of engineers and drafters to produce a complete drawing installation package
Requirements:
-> Minimum of 3 years Electrical Design experience in the Petrochemical/Refinery Industry
-> Practical field experience with the installation and commissioning of various medium and low voltage electrical equipment (including, but not limited to switchgear, motor control centers, and transformers)
-> Ability to size and specify electrical equipment including raceways, fittings, panels, conductors, terminations, etc
-> Experienced in creating electrical installation details, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, and cable schedules
