Responsibilities:
-> Candidate will lead the sourcing department responsible for the purchasing both capital equipment and professional services for a rapidly expanding renewable energy organization including wind turbine -> Candidate will develop and execute organization-wide procurement, strategic sourcing and supply base management strategies
Requirements:
-> Candidate must have previous exp as a procurement professional for a renewable energy company, with specific exp with a wind turbine mfg. or sales organization strongly desired (sorry, no exceptions) -> 10+ years strategic sourcing experience in sizable procurement organizations -> World Class supplier relationship skills, strong negotiation skills and outstanding cross-functional leadership ability -> Demonstrated skills in delivering year-to-year savings
