A growing steel fabrication company is searching for a Project Manager for its San Francisco facility. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
-> Manage steel detailing and surveying
-> Coordinate submittals and check drawings
-> Review contracts, create schedule of values, and oversee progress of invoicing
-> Set production and fabrication schedule and order materials and inspections as needed
-> Work with contractors, trades, inspectors, engineers, detailers, superintendents, and foreman to ensure project is successfully progressing
-> Maintain positive client relationships and communicate effectively with all parties involved with assigned project
Requirements:
-> Bachelor of Science degree is Engineering (Prefer Structural, Civil, or Mechanical)
-> A minimum of 3 years experience in steel fabrication and erection industry
-> Project management experience in steel construction companies
-> Experience in Microsoft Office software and email communication
-> Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish languages is a plus
