A provider of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) services is seeking experienced, high energy manufacturing maintenance professionals as Site Technical Leaders for facilities in Kansas City and Nashville. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
-> Use your expertise in manufacturing maintenance and operations to lead the on-site MRO efforts
-> Act as liaison between the plant and outside vendors, and procure materials and parts
-> Troubleshoot equipment and identify opportunities to improve operations and reliability
-> Plan work orders to minimize downtime
-> Use Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts to improve performance and reduce costs
-> Maintain support systems such as databases, budgets, and schedules
Requirements:
-> 10 plus years experience in discrete manufacturing maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, or similar role
-> Maintenance supervisory and leadership experience
-> TPM training and experience
-> Engineering degree is a plus
-> Strong understanding of MRO concepts and systems, such as calibration, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, purchasing systems, etc
-> Experience with the SAP PM module is a major plus
-> High energy, hands on, willing to spend time on the floor with the technicians
