Engineering company is looking for a Chief Structural Engineer with 15-20+ years of experience in bridge design working for an Engineering Consulting firm. Experience designing signature bridges (major river crossings, etc) is preferred. You need a BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering. A PE license would be a big plus. Responsibilities:
-> Marketing, managing, planning, budgeting, and designing bridge structures for municipal and state DOTs
-> Making critical decisions and recommendations that have an important effect on major company projects and programs
-> Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members

Requirements:
-> 15-20+ years of experience designing bridge structures working for an Engineering Consulting firm
-> Extensive experience in marketing, managing, planning, budgeting, and designing bridge structures for municipal and state DOTs
-> BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license would be a PLUS
-> Experience designing signature bridges (major river crossings, etc) is a big PLUS
-> Specific bridge design experience in Arkansas, Kansas, or Missouri would be a PLUS
-> Excellent written & verbal communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills are necessary
