A manufacturer of critical cleaning detergents, is currently seeking a Science and Marketing Associate for their facility in the Long Island, New York area. You will be interfacing with outsource ad agencies, therefore, strong technical copy writing skills are needed, background in Chemistry highly preferred. Personality and technical Marketing background is key for this position.
Responsibilities:
-> Attend trade shows (such as INTERPHEX and Pittcon) and represent the company at its booth
-> Excellent phone and scientific writing skills
-> Chemistry background
Requirements:
-> B.S. degree in Marketing OR Chemistry
-> Background in web and search engine optimization
-> Keywords and phrase optimization
-> Pay Per Click ads (PPC) and Campaigns
-> Project Management Experience (major plus)
-> GMP background
-> Any of the following would be Major pluses:
Document Control, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), Audits, Quality Systems Regulation, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) training
-> Client may consider a recent graduate with a good chemistry background but not the marketing experience, if the candidate is highly motivated and a good personality match
