Job Location: RALEIGH, NC

Immediate need in the Raleigh, NC area for this leading company in the power transmission industry. Initial project assignment is for 6 months + Must have proven Substation Engineering experience.
Responsibilities:
-> Working with a project team for relay panel design and numerical protection relays and application design analysis
-> Travel is required to project sites
-> Experience is needed with adding and designing automation using practical experience
-> Must have good communication skills for customer interaction
Requirements:
-> Must have BS degree in a technical field, prefer Electrical Engineering
-> Must have knowledge of Microsoft tools, ACAD and other discipline software such as Aspen and or SKM products
-> Must have experience with RTUS
-> Experience with network design and 61850 goose messaging experience is a plus
-> Knowledge of ANSI standards, IEC standards
-> High Voltage, Distribution an dGeneration applications experience is needed
-> Previous experience working for Utility and Industrial customers is a must
-> Overall expertise of transmission and distribution, relay and projections systems is needed
-> PE is a plus
