Responsibilities:
-> Evaluate NRC accredited nuclear operations training program implementing improvements and curriculum upgrades as needed
-> Oversee, manage, and supervise trainers implementing accreditation program including performance and personnel management
-> Participate in establishing training goals and resource requirements
-> Support management team in meeting plant goals and training requirements
Requirements:
-> BS/BA Degree technical degree preferred
-> Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Nuclear Operations Training program
-> Solid experience leading Nuclear Operations training, knowledge of NRC examination standards and process, and ability to evaluate and improve training curriculum
-> Must have held SRO License or Certification
