An international power generation equipment and service provider is seeking a Boiler Equipment Leadman with multi-craft maintenance exp in both electrical (I&C) and mechanical areas for a direct hire position in central Texas. Responsibilities:
-> Candidate will inspect, repair, upgrade, install and startup boiler cleaning equipment on industrial boilers in the pulp & paper and utility industries
-> Candidate will perform walk down boiler inspections, perform equipment repairs and installations including mechanical, electrical, and control system work
-> Candidate will supervise equipment repairs, installations, and equipment upgrades, and organize labor crews for outage support, new installations and equipment upgrades
Requirements:
-> Instrument and Control (I&C) experience
-> Multi craft maintenance (80% electrical and 20% mechanical)
-> Read/interpret electrical drawings/schematics and use Digital Multi Meter
-> Experience with limit/proximity switches, encoders, resolvers, servos, VFDs, motor starters
-> Experience with Control Panel hardware/software PLCs, Communications, PCs, Windows, HMI
-> Experience with gearboxes, motors, motor starters, rack & pinion, chain drives, controls
