Immediate Need for a Director of Sales - Steam Turbine Services in the Southern US, location negotiable. Will not be required to relocate to home office, but must be willing to travel to customer project sites and customer meetings. Travel is estimated at 75%. Responsibilities:
-> Execute the targeted sales strategy associated with the expansion and growth of steam turbine field services group within the Southern US
-> Develop and manage pipeline for steam turbine leads, scope development, through conversion to executable orders
-> Develop alliance relationships and agreements with key clients
-> Act as point of contact for the identification and development of RFQ responses
-> Develop and execute new tactics for marketing the companies capabilities within the Southern US market
-> Perform technical support or interface as requested to lead to new opportunities
-> Coordinate and schedule customer meetings and trade shows
-> Work with marketing to identify marketing trends and develop new marketing materials
Requirements:
-> Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related turbine service/sales experience
-> 2+ years of steam turbine sales experience
-> 5+ years direct turbine sales and services experience
-> Ability to develop relationships with key clients
-> Must have a clear understanding of turbine field services
-> Must have a clear understanding of contracts, operating agreements, proposal development, and relationship management
-> Steam Turbine field engineer experience is highly desired
