A leading institution in Southern California has an immediate opening for 2 Boiler Room Operators. You will work in the plant of a 24/7 facility with a team of HVAC/Engineering professionals ensuring proper conditions are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
-> Operating and maintaining centrifugal chillers, boilers, heat exchangers, and associated pumps and related control systems
-> Monitors & records equipment readings and services and adjusts equipment within established guidelines
-> Repairs and performs preventive maintenance procedures on equipment and systems both manually and through BMS
Requirements:
-> 4-5 years plant operations experience
-> City of Los Angeles Unlimited Steam License and EPA certification
-> CA drivers license with fewer than 3 DMV points and ability to drive a vehicle required
