Client is looking for a Project Administrator/Coordinator with 4-7+ years of experience supporting construction projects in the power industry. Your primary responsibilities will be to support the Client?s Solar Loan program administration (application processing, reporting, customer service, & loan management). The ideal candidate needs to be knowledgeable in solar energy systems including system specifications, photovoltaic technologies, project financing, and the NJ marketplace for solar. This is a long term, year long contract assignment located in Newark, NJ. Our client is only looking for candidates that are local to Newark, NJ.
Responsibilities:
-> Review Solar Loan Program applications (Eligibility, Warranty, Technical worksheets, PV Watts documents, Equipment specs, Installation contracts, Prepare PV Watts analysis and compare with project submission documents)
-> Prepare all program correspondence
-> Communicate with developers and borrowers re: application status
-> Oversee applications through the process
-> Support loan closing process with final project review
-> Track and report program metrics for all constituencies
-> Respond to general program inquiries through e-mail, phone or written correspondence
-> Loan Management (Manage solar output meter reading data, Manage GThink Resources interface for SREC certification, Prepare quarterly statements & annual loan true-up analysis)? Implement appropriate collection procedures? Manage loan assignments/pay offs
Requirements:
-> Our client is only considering candidates that are local to Newark, NJ
-> Demonstrated experience overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance
-> Must demonstrate the ability to accurately analyze information, make strategic decisions/recommendations, and guide others decision making
-> Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (any experience in SAP is a plus)
-> Knowledgeable in PV Watts (or similar) software would be a big PLUS
