A global leader and supplier of automated products for laboratory applications is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to provide support on existing products and assist in optimizing production flow.
Responsibilities:
-> Provide technical support to Manufacturing and assist in identification and resolution of production problems
-> Determine product structure, manufacturing sequence, product cost standards and assembly/test procedures
-> Recommend production layout and develop tooling jogs and fixtures to optimize production flow and product cost
-> Review and approve Engineering Change Orders for the manufacturing operation while maintaining product cost standards
-> Will provide technical support and training to customers and production personnel
-> Will assist Manufacturing Manager in facilities management and maintenance
-> Support the Quality System and Quality Policy
-> Create records to meet the requirements of the Quality System Regulation and ISO registration
Requirements:
-> Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer
-> 2+ years of manufacturing experience working on Robotics manufacturing line or any other Electromechanical assembly line
-> Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes
-> Validation and report writing experience
-> Conflict management and written and verbal communication skills
