Energy company in central Texas is seeking two Power Plant Operators for 12+ month contract assignments in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
-> Candidates will work in a central operations center to provide subject matter expertise regarding operations of fossil plant equipment -> Candidate will be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing incoming alarms from the plants utilizing several different computer software systems
Requirements:
-> A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or 4 years related power plant experience (fossil exp desired) -> Two years as a Fossil plant Operator. Nuclear experience may be considered as well -> Established expertise in all aspects of fossil or nuclear plant equipment and systems operations -> Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance principles and practices a plus
