Construction client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Mechanical Millwright Superintendent for a long term power plant construction project located near Toledo, OH. You need 10+ years of experience working on power plant construction projects as a Millwright. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Lead Millwright or Millwright Superintendent working on combine cycle power plant construction projects. Mobilization & Demobilization expenses will be paid, you will receive a weekly per diem and the client will pay for 1 paid trip home every month. Hours worked over 40 in a week will be paid at time and a half.
Responsibilities:
-> Supervisor a Crew of 6-8 Millwrights that are responsible for the assembly & installation of boilers, fans, pumps, compressors, & turbines at a power plant construction project
-> Manage labor to meet project specifications, schedule and budget
-> Promote safety on the job site
Requirements:
-> 10+ years of experience as a Millwright working on large power plant construction projects
-> 3+ years of experience as a Lead Millwright or Millwright Superintendent on power plant construction projects
-> Specific experience as a Millwright on combined cycle power plant projects is a BIG PLUS
-> Experienced with the assembly & installation most mechanical equipment (boilers, fans, pumps, compressors, & turbines)
-> Experience with Turbines is a must
