Responsibilities:
-> Create all the MS Visio drawings of the cleaning plans (overlaying them on the client?s P&ID drawings
-> Create, review and implement MOC-level clearing and cleaning procedures using computer-based document and CAD programs
-> Work with refinery operations personnel, turnaround professionals, maintenance personnel and process engineers to plan and carry out preparation work for unit turnarounds and strategies to improve operating
-> Support sales personnel in customer presentations, lending refinery expertise to specific application strategies
-> Schedule operations personnel using computer-based project planning tools
-> Train client operations personnel on cleaning and clearing strategies
-> Follow-up with clients to ensure that we meet or exceed their expectations
-> Supervise the execution of the jobs in the field

Requirements:
-> 15+ yrs experience working for a refinery or chemical plant in a lead or supervisory role
-> Significant experience working as a lead on an FCC, Coker or Crude unit
-> Intimately familiar with petroleum refining processes and equipment
-> A servant attitude and an interest in helping others, working well as a team and developing relationships
