An electrical construction contractor in the Dallas, Texas area is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator. MUST have experience with multi-family housing in the Dallas area. Local DFW candidates only, no relocation is available.
Responsibilities:
-> Use your experience managing electrical installation for multi-family housing projects to lead the company?s projects as the on site representative with the Owner and General Contractor
-> Provide estimates and schedules for proposals for electrical work
-> Help prepare bids and proposals as needed
-> Manage contract administration, paper flow, change order management, and attend all project meetings
Requirements:
-> 10+ years experience in electrical subcontracting
-> 5 + years multi-family housing construction experience
-> At least 4 years as project manager
-> National Electrical Code expertise
-> Local to Dallas / Fort Worth area - must know the local builders and suppliers
