An engineering, testing and design company located in Western Nevada is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and manage all hands on operational aspects of the company. Paid Relocation is available.
Responsibilities:
-> Provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper controls, procedures and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to improve the company?s operating efficiency
-> Develop plans and objectives for introducing state of the art engineering/testing concepts and technologies
-> Develop and direct procedures and methods to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
-> Provides engineering expertise in the areas of engineering concepts including vehicle testing, direct systems engineering development, prototype design, ride quality/handling, electro-magnetic integration and duty cycle development
Requirements:
-> Bachelor?s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Design Engineering or closely related field
-> Ten years of progressively responsible management experience encompassing a broad range of disciplines such as engineering, facilities, general management, finance, and human resources
-> A strong technical background in automotive systems and vehicle dynamics with prior automotive field test experience, preferably automotive proving ground experience
-> Operations management experience with the ability to manage technical as well as administrative details
