A startup chemical plant near Shreveport, Louisiana is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee establishment of its repair and maintenance functions, help start up the plant, and oversee ongoing operations. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
-> Use your industrial maintenance experience to manage equipment and facility maintenance activities for a large chemical plant
-> Drive the safety, productivity, and quality of maintenance operations
-> Establish Reliability Centered Maintenance ( RCM ), Total Productive Maintenance ( TPM ), and Preventive / Predictive Maintenance programs
-> Develop and oversee a parts and supplies inventory system
Requirements:
-> BS Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-> 5 to 10 years maintenance management experience in the chemical, paper mill, power plant or refining industries
-> Extensive reliability experience with practical application of RCM, TPM, PM, and PdM programs
-> 3 to 5 years experience in utilization of Computerized Maintenance Management System ( CMMS )
