Client located just west of Indianapolis, IN is actively looking for an experienced Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance Engineer to assist and support the rolling mill production group.
Responsibilities:
-> Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures
-> Support all Rolling Mill PLC programming (Allen Bradley PLC 5, AB Control Logix, GE UC2000, GE Fanuc 90/70, GE PAX RX7i)
-> Hire, train, and supervise electrical maintenance personnel
-> Plan & organize maintenance shutdowns
-> Support local area networks and communications systems
-> Support Rolling Mill DC & AC drives
-> Plan & execute mill projects
Requirements:
-> BS Electrical Engineering or BSEET degree
-> 4+ years of Electrical Maintenance Experience
-> Experience with Microsoft office products, Autocad, Allen Bradley PLC5, Control Logix, GE UC2000, GE Fanuc 90/70 and GE PAX RX7i
-> Experience with AC /DC drives, stands control, reheat furnace, cooling beds, bundling, straighteners, in-line shears, speed and tension controls
-> Previous supervisory experience in installation, operations, maintenance, or troubleshooting on a production line desired
-> Good communication and team building skills
